We perform commissioning and service of industrial burners, boilers, and associated boiler room equipment. 

I have 35 years in the pipefitting and HVAC industry, 26 years of which I worked on burners, boilers, and associated equipment. I have spent the last 13 years focusing on the industrial market. I have been factory trained on many boiler, burner, and parallel-positioning system manufacturers. My range of burner experience spans all sizes from small linkage burners to large parallel-positioning systems with factory master control panels. 

Available services will include: 

• • MICS, LLC is a Factory Authorized Representative Service Company for Oilon Inc. Burners.
• • MICS, LLC is an Authorized Sales, Service and Start-Up company for Fireye Nexus systems.
• • Commissioning of steam and hot water boiler/burner systems. At completion you will receive a complete report on all equipment.
• • Annual boiler inspection and burner tuning.
• • Complete fuel flow metering during startup and tuning to verify turndown and firing rate.
• • Control upgrades and/or replacements.
• • CSD-1 testing of boiler controls and safeties.
• • Boiler piping and/or replacement projects.
• • Complete boiler room services to include associated equipment such as deaerators, pumps, etc.
• • Consultation on burners, boilers, and related equipment.

Also consider using MICS, LLC as a subcontractor to maintain your normal customer base in times of excess work or during emergency situations. MICS, LLC is willing to travel anywhere domestically or internationally that they are needed to assist your company to get to the next level, without having to hire additional employees.
